Homework Overview

Homework is given out each week and forms an important part of the courses.

Children are expected to do their homework on a daily basis.

Any problems they might have are dealt with individually at the next session with one of the assistants.

Pre-plus Foundation (Year 3)  – About 30 minutes per day

Pre-plus Intermediate (Year 4)  – About 45 minutes per day

11+ Full Preparation (Year 5)  – About 1 hour per day, increasing in the run-up to the exams

Key Stage 3 (Year 7-9) courses  – About to 30 minutes per day

Scholarship Course (Year 6-8)  – About 45 minutes per day.
