Careers

People at AE Tuition Ltd are passionate about education and passionate about excellence. Our organisation was born out of a desire to develop skills in pupils to help them succeed and achieve to the best of their ability.

People who choose to work for us do so knowing that our business is a rich learning environment and we are proud of it. Our aim as an employer is to create opportunity for our people as well as our pupils. We like our employees to contribute to our mission of delivering 'Excellence in Education', see our pupils develop and grow, and be rewarded by this themselves.

Our expanding business has allowed us to grow our team and we are excited about bringing new people on board. Our team is built around a variety of roles; some are direct teaching positions, where professionals utilise their talent to deliver our proven expertise to pupils enrolled on our programmes. Others are critical support roles which require skills from a variety of backgrounds (e.g. finance, customer service, administration, marketing, etc) All combine to ensure a first-class learning environment and efficiency in our tuition centres.

Career development in our company can mean many things. For some, enjoying a teaching role with AE Tuition means an ability to supplement other positions with a different type of teaching experience. For others, a work-life balance is important and our organisation allows working outside of 'mainstream' school or office hours. This can be rewarding in so many ways.

We believe our opportunities allow people to balance their lives and enjoy career satisfaction by learning new techniques and new ways of doing things, thus enhancing their own potential to grow and develop.

Testimonial from current member of our team:

"I started working with AE Tuition a number of years ago, in addition to my full-time teaching job. Evening and weekend working was an attractive option for me, and had its advantages. I really enjoy my role within AET, and find the work satisfying and rewarding, particularly as we have no marking, which frees us up to have time to form real relationships with pupils and their families."
